Kickout Period Poverty

Kick Out Period Poverty supports girls to manage menstruation with dignity, confidence and continuity in school. The project combines reusable menstrual-pad distribution with practical pad-making training, accurate menstrual-health information and spaces where girls can ask questions without shame. Across Jinja City and Budondo Community, Eco Warriors has documented menstrual-health outreach, training and community campaigns since 2024. The work also involves boys, men, schools and caregivers, recognising that period dignity depends on supportive environments as well as products.
